Our Storage yard is strategically located near the Port of Long Beach, offering quickaccess to major freeways and terminals, minimizing drayage time and costs.

What are your operating hours?

We operate Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. After hours and weekendaccess can be arranged by appointment

Is your facility secure?

Yes. Our yard is fully fenced and well-lit, and monitored 24/7 by surveillance camerasand on-site personnel during the day to ensure the safety of all cargo stored.

What are your storage rates?

Rates vary based on the type of container, cargo, storage duration, and volume. Pleasecontact us for a customized quote.

Do you handle Hazmat or Reefer Cargo?

We do not currently accept hazardous materials or cargo. We do handle Refrigeratedcargo and have the capability for Reefer Plug ins.

Can you provide inventory reports?

Yes. We offer digital inventory tracking and reporting, of all in-gate and out-gatedocumentation.

Do you provide Drayage service?

Yes. ATSI offers full-service logistics, including drayage, delivery, and pick up services,ensuring seamless end-to-end cargo handling.

What types of cargo can ATSI transload?

We handle a wide variety of freight, including palletized goods, bulk commodities,oversized shipments, break bulk, and specialized equipment.

Is there a weight or size limit for transloading?

Yes, we follow DOT regulations and facility capacity. Our team can assess yourspecific needs and provide guidance on limits or requirements.

Can ATSI store cargo after transloading?

Yes. We offer short-term and long-term storage solutions at our secured facilitylocated at the Port of Long Beach.

What’s the turnaround time for transloading?

Depending on cargo type and volume, standard turnaround is typically within24–48 hours. Expedited options are also available.

Do you offer drayage or local trucking after transloading?

Yes. ATSI offers full drayage and specialized trucking services to ensure aseamless logistics chain.

Is cargo insured during the transloading process?

We carry liability coverage, and additional insurance options can be arranged depending on your needs. We also recommend shippers carry their own cargo insurance.

What documents are needed for transloading?

Bill of Lading, packing list, commercial invoice, and any special handlinginstructions. Our team can assist with compliance and documentation review.

How do I request a transloading quote?

You can contact us directly via phone, email, or submit a request through our website. Providing cargo details upfront will help us give an accurate quote.

What do I need prior to arrival at ATSI?

a. Truckers must ensure that Insurance certificate naming ATSI as additionalinsured is submitted prior to arrival at ATSI location and that it&' already on file.

b. Trucker can verify via email or phone call if the redelivery / release numbersare valid.

What happens at the gate upon arrival?

Upon arrival our Gate service involves the inspection, documentation, and controlof container/cargo entering or exiting our facility. It ensures container/cargo istracked, verified, and handled efficiently.

What are your gate hours of operation?

Our standard gate hours are 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday]. After-hours access may be available by appointment.

What is required upon arrival at the gate?

Drivers must present a valid redelivery or release number for verification prior to service.

How long does gate processing usually take?

On average, gate processing takes 15–30 minutes, depending on a number of trucks lined up at the gate. Having proper documents/information upon arrival will speed up the process. We also encourage all truckers to call ahead of time prior to arrival to verify their information.

What types of equipment are accepted at the gate?

We accept containers, chassis, flatbeds, dry vans, and specialized trailers. Oversized or unusual loads should be coordinated in advance.

What types of Equipment do you service?

We service a wide range of port-related equipment, including dry containers,chassis, refrigerated containers, refrigerated tanks, and power units. Ourexperienced technicians handle both routine maintenance and repairs.

Do you offer on-site repairs or mobile service?

At this time, ATSI is not set up for mobile repair services. However, we can make arrangements to assist and support in emergency situations within the surrounding areas.

What are your hours of operation for maintenance services?

Our shop is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Emergency services may be available after hours upon request.

Do you provide preventative maintenance (PM) services?

Absolutely. We offer scheduled preventative maintenance programs tailored to your fleet’s needs, helping you stay compliant and avoid costly breakdowns.

Do you handle DOT inspections and repairs?

Yes, we perform DOT inspections and can make any necessary repairs toensure your equipment meets federal compliance standards. We offer BIT andFHWA chassis inspections.
